Wade Lennan, owner and founder of  Monaco Motors, started working on Mercedes Benz & BMW at age 17, then went on to working on Porsche. In 1984, he was enticed by an offer from a major Ferrari shop and expanded his automotive expertise to Ferrari and other fine European cars.  Wade has acquired a vast knowledge of these vehicles in the course of  30 years. He is also an active member of the Rotary and the Woodland Hills chamber. His team of technicians individually specializes in two makes of cars.
   
 

Daniel is our Service Advisor/Estimator, he has a great attitude and loves working with people. In his spare time he enjoys riding motor bikes, Skydiving and going to the river.
   
  Issaka has more than 18 years experience on BMW, Mercedes- Benz and Mini Cooper's and has a true passion for what he does. He is highly motivated & has a yearning for furthering his knowledge in the ever-changing automotive repair business. Outside of work he loves to play soccer and is an avid member of a Sunday-league teams. He also enjoys working on his own classic Mini Cooper.
   
  Gene’s motivation and commitment to his craft took him from apprentice at Monaco Motors to certified technician. Originally from Russia, Gene moved with his family to Southern Cal over 20 years ago. Bosch certified & a master technician through the National Region Institute, Gene is continually adding to his skills. Gene has  achieved  Master Technician rating from Bosch, the premiere training organization in fine European cars. Gene has been with Monaco Motors for 12 years and his true passion is working on Porsche & BMW's. He also has an AA degree from Pierce College in automotive technology. Gene own's a Porsche 993 twin turbo-look that he personally built.
   
We are happy to welcome Rich Garrett to the Monaco Motors team. Rich’s love of cars began in High School at age of 15. He did so well in his high school shop classes that he decided to continue his automotive education with two years in college of Automotive technology. After college he went straight to work for a GM Dealer in 1988. Five years later he began to work at Mercedes Benz of Sacramento. Following another seven years with Mercedes Benz of Sacramento, Rich was recruited by Mercedes Benz of San Francisco. He then spent the next seven years working for Mercedes in SF. That’s a total of 19 years in automotive service, 14 years specializing in Mercedes Benz. In his free time Rich likes traveling and motor cycles. He also likes spending time on the weekends riding with his wife who also is a motor cycle enthusiast. One of their favorite traveling spots is the famous motorcyclist’s hangout known as Neptune’s in Malibu.
   


Jose has been with Monaco Motors for over 10 years, he is a great team player. He doubles as both driver and Detailer.
   


Susan is the voice of Monaco Motors. She has a great track record, with 17 years at one place as administrative assistant and 9 years of customer service at another. Her hobbies include crafts, camping and her grand kids.
